Rent a designer package
This service provides you with expert guidance from myself, your Interior Design Partner. I will provide assistance with parts of the project that most homeowners find overwhelming and to help the client avoid making costly mistakes.
This may include but are not limited to: Flooring options / selecting hardwood, Floor or wall tiles, Backsplash and, grout recommendations, Countertops and profile selections, Cabinetry finish/colour/style and hardware choices, Lighting, Paint colours for walls, ceiling & trim, Plumbing fixtures.
A full-service package, also known as the client proposal
I will bring samples for you to have a look at. We will discuss how to put together finishes such as countertops, tiles and flooring etc. I will also be able to provide ideas for furniture, fabrics and paint colour to create a cohesive design plan that perfectly suits the client’s style.
I will provide a complete design/concept presentation which will include mood boards with a list of custom-sourced furnishings, finishes, paint/trim selections and fabrics. This service will also consist of adding price lists, including images and sizes for all of the furniture selections done for the project. I will provide custom design plans for the aspects discussed below.
I will assist in recommendations on the client’s floor plans to sourcing your final selections and finishes for the project. I will help the client in achieving a cohesive look and well put together design.
This will be done by providing Floor plans and layout ideas, Guidance for kitchen and bathroom design, Sourcing and selection of finishes and furnishings, ordering samples for presentation purposes, specifying paint colours, In-person and phone conversations, texts and emails, Liaising and meeting with traders and vendors, reviewing quotes and estimates, on-site appointments and walk-throughs.
